Job Title: Architectural Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our team at Bayes Recruitment Pte Ltd. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site coordination with all trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and method statements to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with contract documents and drawings.
  • Plan and coordinate architectural works, including micro-scheduling with other disciplines.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement and monitor quality control plans with the Quality and Service Department.
  • Procure and monitor architectural-related materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing, and mock-ups to ensure quality standards.
  • Verify and prepare back charges for architectural-related work.
  • Attend subcontractor meetings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklists and RI (Arch) requirements.
  • Coordinate architectural materials, sample boards, trade demonstrations, and shop drawings submissions and reviews.
  • Update architectural progress using scheduling tools.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board.
  • Relevant qualifications or certificates in structural and architectural disciplines (e.g., NCCS, BCSS, Safety, or Lifting).
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Able to lead subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress, high quality standards, and minimal defects.
  • Preferably completed QM projects and registered as Coretrade foremen.
  • Good knowledge of architectural specifications and BCA quality requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
  • Willing to travel to project sites within Singapore.
