Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As an Architectural Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the progress and quality of architectural works on our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with project managers to plan schedules for calling quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
* Review architectural drawings for conflicts with structural and M&E systems
* Liaise with consultants to resolve conflicts and ensure accuracy of drawings
* Monitor and assist subcontractors on project progress

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry as an Architectural Coordinator
