Job Description

As a Senior/Staff Nurse in Community Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and health coaching services to the community.

  • Health Promotion & Illness Prevention through patient education is essential in our role.
  • Primary Care involves performing basic assessments and health education to the general public.
  • Home Care services are provided for patients transitioning from hospital to home.
  • Additional community-related duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a Community Setting.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to converse in local languages is preferred.
