Job Opportunity: Medical Support Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Medical Support Staff at our clinic.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Daily operational duties including registration, customer service, and processing prescriptions.
  • Accurate billing transactions under government schemes and managed care programs.
  • Inventory management and replenishment of medicines and consumables.
  • Operating the Clinic Management System.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinics is an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field for Senior position consideration.
  • Comfortable with Shift work based on Clinic operating hours.
