Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise in the sales order to delivery process and customer service.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development manager to maintain regular communication with customers and provide them with the latest commercial information.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for managing complaints and handling claims.
  • Order Management
    • Provide sales administration and support, primarily in the order and delivery process.
    • Identify and resolve possible issues that may arise during the sales order to delivery process and in customer service, requiring decision-making skills and collaboration with international parties.
    • Generate quotations, verify stock availability, and manage shipping schedules within established guidelines.
    • Review credit within set limits and confirm orders.
    • Monitor the progress of orders and ensure timely customer payments.
  • Logistics Service Support
    • Assist in preparing export documentation for submission to customers and/or banks.
    • Handle import and export trade inclusive letter of credit.
    Requirements
    • Qualification
      • Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Food Technology, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
      • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in food ingredients/manufacturing or freight logistics sector.
      • Good working knowledge of ERP systems, such as Blend ERP.
      • Ability to handle import and export trade inclusive letter of credit.
