Marketing Campaign Coordinator

The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution and management of marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Campaign Planning: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and write bilingual marketing materials including copy for advertisements, social media posts, newsletters and promotional content.
  • Event Management: Support the organization and execution of marketing events including coordinating vendors, managing logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design Support: Create visually appealing marketing materials using design software like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties including maintaining marketing databases preparing reports and managing schedules.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of fundamental marketing theories and applications with expertise in online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Competent in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills with a solid understanding of local market and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills with ability to coordinate with team members.
