Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Strategist to join our global team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.


The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their goals are met.
  • Own communication with customers and internal teams to drive positive outcomes and resolve issues.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of customer needs and provide strategic counsel to ensure their success.
  • Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & upsell) and work closely with internal teams to drive forward key projects.
  • Supervise and lead strategic campaigns autonomously, using Jampp's programmatic tools to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:
  • Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable proven academic record.
  • Commercial Drive & customer-focused profile.
  • 3-5 years experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success).
