Enhance Psychosocial Well-being of Residents

The Program Coordinator (Psychosocial) will play a pivotal role in strengthening the psychosocial well-being of residents by planning, coordinating and implementing programs and activities that promote social engagement, support networks, and community involvement.

  • Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive psychosocial programs and activities that address resident needs and foster social connections.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to identify community requirements and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, including community organizations and healthcare providers, to implement joint initiatives that enhance resident support.
Program Implementation
  • Design, implement, and manage psychosocial programs and social events that promote social skills development, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life among residents.
  • Work closely with volunteers to ensure effective program delivery and provide necessary training and supervision.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data collection, resident feedback, and outcome assessments.
Conduct Program Evaluation
  • Track and analyze program performance using data collection methods, resident feedback, and outcome assessments.
  • Prepare and present reports on program success, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize evaluation findings to inform future program development and enhance service delivery.
Volunteer Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with psychosocial programs and activities.
  • Develop volunteer training materials and ensure volunteers are equipped to provide effective support to residents.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative environment for volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and engaged in their roles.

Key Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
• Relevant experience in program coordination, psychosocial support, or community engagement
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, volunteers, and community partners
