Job Description

The role of a Manager in the Quality Management Division involves ensuring the quality and effectiveness of SSG-funded courses. You will be responsible for supporting course accreditation, conducting quality checks, handling escalated inquiries, and facilitating vendor payments.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards in the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem.

  • Support course accreditation, edits, and renewals by processing courses in the Training Grants System (TGS)
  • Conduct course quality checks by reviewing course applications, materials, and assessment records against adult learning principles and SSG requirements
  • Handle escalated enquiries and appeals from the public and training providers relating to courses
  • Perform new case assignments to officers, ensuring efficient workflow and case management
  • Facilitate monthly payments to vendors and liaise with vendors to create Qualtrics system license accounts for new RTPs

Additionally, you will support any other projects or tasks to contribute towards the organization and division's goals.
