Salary:$150,000 - $180,000 per annum
Company Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Global Health Care and Life Sciences (HCLS) team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving impact in the market and supporting our clients through project delivery, business development, and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the delivery of market access projects in Indonesia and/or SEA, including planning, team management, and analysis.
- Contributing to the growth and development of the KPMG Asia Pacific Life Sciences practice through active participation in business development activities such as bid responses and client engagements.
- Developing the HCLS team by participating in activities that improve operations and team engagement.
- Supporting broader practice development activities, including growing the HCLS Commercial Excellence practice in Asia Pacific, identifying innovative client contracting models, and taking solution ideas to clients in SEA to drive business development and manage accounts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Life Sciences market access and commercial excellence in SEA, with demonstrable credentials in one or more areas such as consulting experience, industry experience, or relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience leading and managing teams, strong oral and written communication skills, and a flexible, creative approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort operating in a regional environment across Asia Pacific and experience interfacing with senior industry executives.
