Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

The role of the Technical Infrastructure Specialist is to ensure seamless operation of data centers and networking systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and maintenance of servers and networking systems
  • Organizing, installing, and supporting computer systems, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), network segments, intranet, and other data communication equipment
  • Supervising IT Support staff to provide all necessary IT support to end users

Additonal Responsibilities:

  • Providing system administration for warehouse management systems and server management on various platforms
  • Reviewing and improving system performance and capacity trends
  • Developing procedures for all system monitoring and troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and system backup solutions
  • Supporting network infrastructure, including routers, network switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, access points, and system management tools

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum 1.5 years' experience as an IT Level 2 Support Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with AIX, Linux, RedHat, Window VMWare, vCenter, Veeam, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience and knowledge in virtualization
  • Experience in server hardware, IT infrastructure, and network equipment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills and teamwork abilities
