Job Description

As a Childcare Educator, you will form a partnership with parents to promote the holistic development of children. Your primary objective will be to equip them with essential life skills and foster values that will prepare them for lifelong learning.

The role involves creating a secure, joyful, and conducive classroom environment. You will ensure the delivery of age-appropriate activities and lessons that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and collaboration among children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with early childhood care and education principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in early childhood care and education.
  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education.
  • GCE 'O' Level credit in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
