Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving complaints and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications through outbound calls, emails or onsite visits
- Investigate vehicle damage reports, assess repair costs and follow up with customers
- Assist in the management of accident reports and follow-ups
- Collaborate with colleagues to recover vehicles if required
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of office productivity software and web technologies
- Class 3 or Class 2B driving license (advantageous)
