Programme Coordinator Role Overview

This Programme Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of various programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in scheduling, sourcing, and managing instructors/facilitators.


Key Responsibilities:

Instructor/Facilitator Scheduling: Assist in assigning Instructors/Facilitators to classes across different locations each month.

Instructor/Facilitator Sourcing: Identify and confirm suitable Instructors/Facilitators for programmes based on client objectives and themes.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Instructors/Facilitators to ensure program success.

Programme Briefing: Provide clear instructions to Instructors/Facilitators regarding programme details.

Programme Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and adjust programmes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and discipline of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct.

Record-Keeping: Track and maintain updated records of incidents during events.

Payment Verification: Verify Instructor/Facilitator logsheets at the beginning of each month for payment processing.

Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support Operations Manager and other Programme Coordinators with additional tasks as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and multitasking skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
