Key Construction Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead high-end retail and commercial fit-outs. The ideal candidate will manage tight timelines, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure seamless delivery with zero compromise on quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee A&A works for retail/commercial projects from site takeover to handover, ensuring strict adherence to project deadlines.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet aggressive schedules, promoting effective collaboration and timely completion.
  • Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications, providing assurance of regulatory excellence.
  • Closely collaborate with designers, landlords, and clients for smooth approvals and inspections, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and resolve issues promptly, guaranteeing defect-free completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and material delivery to avoid delays, leveraging supply chain expertise for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare concise progress updates and ensure defect-free completion, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction, Civil, or related field, complemented by 5+ years' experience in A&A, retail fit-outs, or commercial renovations.
  • Proven track record of delivering fast-track projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling effective team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to read and interpret detailed construction and M&E drawings, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
