Electrical Systems Specialist - Key Role in Commercial Interior Fit-outs

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of electrical systems for commercial interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Review electrical system drawings and specifications for commercial interior fit-outs, covering lighting, power distribution, control systems, and related mechanical & electrical (M&E) elements.
  • Collaboration with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall spatial design.
  • Compliance with Singapore's building regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.
  • Site Supervision and inspection of electrical installation work on-site; testing and commissioning systems to guarantee functionality and safety.
  • Evaluation of technical submittals, single-line diagrams, and procurement documentation for materials and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during construction and revisions, coordinating closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordination with M&E subcontractors to uphold schedules, budget, and quality of execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E, construction, or interior fit-out environments.
  • Reading drawings, coordinating systems, managing on-site electrical work.
  • Comfortable reading single-line diagrams and test packs, with the ability to produce and evaluate technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or specialized commercial fit-outs (e.g., retail, airport) is a plus.
  • Registration (or eligibility) with Professional Engineers Board Singapore is an advantage.
