Job Overview

This role is part of a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of data center operations. Throughout the 12-month program, you will gain hands-on experience with our data center's infrastructure, collaborate with support teams and customers, and familiarize yourself with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

By the end of the program, you will be assessed on your skills and knowledge to determine if you have what it takes to join our team as a full-time technical support professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform server and network system installation and configuration tasks
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of hardware parts for servers and network devices
  • Carry out storage media sanitization and destruction tasks
  • Work within a ticket-based environment and resolve systematic problems
  • Transport equipment using assisted lifting machinery
  • Maintain high system reliability by prioritizing trouble tickets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share ideas and contribute to projects enhancing DC work environments and overall efficiencies
  • Participate in, lead, and deliver small to mid-scale projects, including data center rollouts

Requirements:

Diploma holders in Electrical & Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, or Information & Digital Technologies are preferred. Alternatively, technical education with relevant working experience is considered. A solid understanding of cloud computing technologies and IT system hardware and network concepts is essential. Passion for IT infrastructure and hardware is a must.
