Logistics Support Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their delivery orders, assigning drivers from our existing driver pool to routes, and monitoring orders to resolve any delivery issues that may arise.

  • Assist clients with their delivery orders in a timely manner
  • Assign drivers from our existing driver pool to routes

Key skills required for this role include great customer service, good communication, and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have problem-solving ability, and be adaptable to changing needs from clients.
