Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Provide technical consulting and commercial support to end-users and channel partners, ensuring they have the required expertise to successfully integrate our products and services.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in selling rotating equipment, preferably in diverse markets such as Petroleum & Petrochemicals, refineries, O&G, and general industries.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven sales performance, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional coordination.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
