The successful candidate will focus on program evaluation, ensuring that MENDAKI programs are rigorously evaluated and assessed. Additionally, they will provide support to the Head of Department in research, design, and evaluation of school programs, community engagement issues, and family needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Evaluation: Implement suitable evaluation frameworks and processes to assess the impact of M3 programs under the purview of Programme Owners.
Build capacity of Programme Owners in carrying out program evaluation through stakeholder management (internal and external), data management, and information sharing.
- Research, Data, and Program Evaluation Support:
Partner with the policy-ops team in research, analysis, and evaluation requirements. Manage organisational data profiling, mapping, and analysis.
- Other Duties:
Provide executive support for Management Meetings/Conferences. Plan departmental budgets (mid-term and year-end) and deliverables of Research & Program Evaluation work plans.
Requirements- Degree in any related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exposure in research methods and analysis, departmental work planning, and data analysis.
- High level of organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Leadership competencies, team-oriented interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, results-driven, meticulous, and strategic thinking.
