DNA Profiling Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting serological testing, screening and DNA profiling on evidence submitted by law enforcement agencies in a state-of-the-art laboratory setting.
Key responsibilities include examination of biological fluids using chemical and serological tests, DNA analysis of crime samples, and assistance in developing/validating new technologies/methods.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure accurate results
- Collaborating with scientists to design and execute experiments
- Providing technical support to laboratory personnel
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a background in Biology/Biomedical Science/Biotechnology (or equivalent) and have successfully completed supervised laboratory research in project in biochemistry/molecular biology area.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
