We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Process bi-weekly payroll with additions and deductions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update relevant HR files, employee records, and systems in a timely manner.
- Address payroll-related queries and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Prepare payroll reports required for internal use and/or submission to relevant authorities.
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of training courses, update and maintain training record etc.
- Provide support in all administrative duties.
- Location: Balestier
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm Saturday : 9am to 1pm (maximum 6 times in a year, when payroll giro period falls on the weekend)
