About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Licensing Manager to join our team at People Profilers. As a key member of our licensing department, you will be responsible for managing our extensive licensing programs by pursuing business opportunities with artists and intellectual property holders.
This role requires the ability to devise growth strategies for the company, evaluate new programs and products, and develop marketing and promotional strategies for licensed products.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute licensing strategies that align with business objectives and target markets
- Negotiate and manage license agreements with partners
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements
- Evaluate and initiate new programs and products to scale locally and regionally
- Develop ideas for new products or programs that align with brand and target market
- Work with design and production teams to develop new products and programs
Qualifications
- Min Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
- 7 years of experience working in a similar role, setting up and managing licensing programs for a consumer products company with a strong track record of success
- Able to analyze market trends and identify opportunities to develop compelling product lines and programs
