Job Description

We are seeking a Product Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product governance frameworks, monitoring and assessing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure digital products meet organizational standards.

Your role will involve providing guidance on regulatory updates and their impact on digital products, establishing and maintaining documentation for governance processes and procedures, and conducting regular reviews and audits of product governance practices.

You will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on governance matters, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with our governance policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in product governance and compliance within the retail industry is essential.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner is required.
  • Experience working with retail omnichannel products in a product management/project management capacity is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
