Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Management: Manage day-to-day events and incidents, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Problem Prevention: Proactively identify issues through event and incident trending analysis, and take steps to prevent recurrence.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and maintain a robust and effective alert and incident management operational model, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including business partners and IT teams, and communicate effectively to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the creation and availability of process reports, and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT incident management, application/infra support in a large organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work with little or no supervision. In-depth knowledge of application or infrastructure monitoring systems in multi-platform environments is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical skills, proactive and able to work under pressure, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow with the organization.
