Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

Compliance professionals are crucial in driving business success. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's compliance framework.

Our ideal candidate has experience with data governance and compliance processes. They must be able to develop effective strategies that promote regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement effective data governance and compliance processes with stakeholders
  • Support the rollout of new policies and advise on compliance matters
  • Review data access requests for policy adherence

Responsibilities Continued:

  • Assist in maintaining IT procedures and controls
  • Support user access policy implementation and periodic access reviews
  • Handle user ID requests for clinical and research systems

Audit Management:

  • Help plan and coordinate risk-based IT audits
  • Follow up on audit findings and prepare documentation
  • Support ad-hoc projects including investigations and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Experience in IT management, healthcare, or business analysis is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
