Job Title: Principal/Senior PCB Design Engineer

About the Job:
The company is seeking a skilled and experienced PCB Design Engineer to join its team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet the company's high standards for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop PCBs using CAD software such as Cadence Allegro and/or PAD Power PCB
* Create detailed design documents and specifications for PCB production
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PCB designs meet project requirements
* Perform simulations and analysis to optimize PCB design and functionality
* Troubleshoot and resolve design issues and defects

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB design and development
* Proficiency in CAD software such as Cadence Allegro and/or PAD Power PCB
* Strong understanding of electrical and routing rules creation, signal and power integrity optimization
* Experience with scripting languages such as Python or other programming languages
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Experience with RF and backplane design
* Familiarity with semiconductor testing environment and ATE industry
* Knowledge of blind, buried, and micro vias design
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving skills
