**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP technology platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to monitor, performance tune, patch, and troubleshoot issues for the SAP technology platforms.
  • Conduct regular reviews of SAP Basis administration activities, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in a timely manner, utilizing tools such as EWA, SOS, and SAP Security Notes.
  • Perform SAP Basis administration tasks to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Support scheduled maintenance activities and work contingencies as needed.
  • Assist with audit requests and annual Business continuity/IT DR exercises.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 6 years of experience in SAP BASIS and implementing SAP systems.
  • Experience with SAP applications such as SAP S/4 1709, Embedded Fiori, Enterprise Portal 7.5, Business Warehouse 7.5, Business Object 4.2, Lumira Server 2.4, HP Quality Center (ALM), Solution Manager 7.2, and SAP Print server.
  • Experience with SAP databases such as HANA DB 2.0 and SQL 2016.
  • Knowledge of SAP change tools like STMS and CTS+.
  • Experience with SAP patch and upgrade processes, including SAP support packages and kernel.
  • Proficiency in Linux (HA, Fencing) and Windows Server 2016 or above.
  • Experience with SAP installation, upgrade, monitoring, troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization.
  • Experience with system refresh, including backup-restore, client-copy, export-import for various SAP applications.
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, change, and capacity management.
  • Professional certifications in SAP BASIS are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
