Job Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the SAP systems.
  • Handling system configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Providing technical support and leadership for SAP systems, which includes implementing patches, managing upgrades, and establishing performance monitoring processes, system configuration, design, and application support.

Job Description:

  • Ensure 24/7 availability of SAP systems.
  • Manage User/Client Administration, Authorization Management, System Performance Management, Audit Management, Transport Management System, Background Jobs, patch installations, System Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrades, and OS & Database Maintenance.
  • Conduct SAP Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
  • Ensure optimal server performance and perform preventive maintenance for smooth daily operations.
  • Manage SAP daily support tickets within defined service levels.
  • Oversee SAP System Architecture, hardware, and integration landscape.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors as needed.
  • Deliver all IT projects on time.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Basis Administration is a must
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant SAP Basis experience
  • Basic knowledge on SAP HANA and Netweaver technology
  • Interested in processes within software development landscapes
  • Prior experience in S4/Hana would be advantageous
  • Analytical, meticulous and have good sense in troubleshooting
  • Ability to articulate and communicate with people of all levels in the organization
  • Able to work independently and lead in projects
