Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations to ensure high levels of service and efficiency.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt repair of any issues.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
