Position: Senior Kitchen SpecialistKey Responsibilities:

  • Utilize intricate cooking techniques and presentation methods required for fine-dining cuisine.
  • Maintain impeccable food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate dish timing and ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in inventory management for the assigned station, reporting ingredient needs and shortages to senior kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to rigorous health and safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably in fine dining.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced kitchen environments.
