Job Title:

IT Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support and maintain critical application systems, ensuring smooth operations and high system availability.

  • Opportunity to develop skills in software development, troubleshooting, and application support.

  • Perform end-to-end software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend REST APIs using ASP.NET, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and .NET Entity Framework.
  • Conduct system integration and data management, ensuring smooth interaction between applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by performing root cause analysis and debugging.
  • Manage cloud-based solutions and implement serverless computing on AWS Lambda, Azure Functions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement coding best practices and enhance system performance.
  • Ensure all applications are running smoothly and respond to production emergencies as required.
  • Participate in change request management and quality control activities to ensure system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex software applications and integrate them with existing systems.
  • Design, implement, and test software applications to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues quickly.
Requirements:

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and .NET Entity Framework.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development and Python Scripting.
  • Experience in developing RESTful web services and API integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for database queries and optimizations.
  • Experience with cloud computing and hosting concepts (AWS).
  • Hands-on experience in system integration, batch scripting, and automation.
  • Proficient in requirements and impact analysis, as well as project management support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose system issues effectively.
