Warehouse Staff Wanted

Job Description:

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against delivery orders, and promptly reporting any damages or discrepancies to their supervisor.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts, assisting in updating inventory records accurately in the system, picking, packing, and labeling items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery, and organizing them according to delivery schedules.

In addition, they will assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinating delivery routes, communicate and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries, and perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.

The role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory;
  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification;
