**Job Title:** Data Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective data classification and taxonomy standards, providing detection rules for various business scenarios based on business knowledge and compliance governance requirements.

Additionally, you will participate in AI detection capability improvements, working closely with algorithm engineering teams to prepare high-quality evaluation samples. You will also provide evaluation reports for different models, ensuring the delivery of accurate recognition results.

You will be responsible for building a data security governance dashboard, complete systematic indicator monitoring, and attribution analysis. This dashboard will display the privacy and security governance level from the data result level, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Finally, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore industry-leading privacy data taxonomy and governance solutions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Operations Research, or a related field. You should have more than 3 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL or other data analysis scripting languages.

Furthermore, you should have a solid understanding of big data processing tools or frameworks, such as Spark and Hive. Familiarity with typical risks and common governance strategies in data collection, storage, use, and distribution scenarios is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clear logic, strong execution ability, good learning ability, self-motivation, and excellent cross-functional collaboration ability are highly desirable skills for this role.
