Job Summary:
The Centre Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre Manager and team members. This role involves preparing financial and centre reports, conducting daily health checks, and ensuring the safety and timely transfer of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, including petty cash and daily collections
- Conduct daily health checks on children upon arrival
- Assist parents with merchandise purchases and administrative tasks
- Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management with minimum 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task
