">Role Overview">As a Digital Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative product initiatives.
">This position requires an individual who can plan and execute the launch of new loan packages to stay ahead in the market.
">Key Responsibilities">- Product Rollouts: Develop strategic plans for new product rollouts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and own assigned product financials to inform business decisions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitors' offerings and review the competitiveness of our loan packages.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare, conduct, and analyze results from surveys and monthly reports to optimize portfolio management.
- Administrative Support: Provide timely and accurate management information on the loans portfolio, including administrative support for all product management activities.
- Education: Degree holder preferably in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- Skills: Positive working attitude, good writing and follow-up skills, strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and process management skills, personable team player with strong numbers-inclination, ability to work under pressure, and good knowledge in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
