Educational Leader - English Literature Specialist

">Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Educational Leader to join our team as an English Literature Specialist. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote academic excellence
  2. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development
  3. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates and meetings
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that enhance teaching and learning
  5. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions on curriculum development and pedagogy
Requirements:
  • A good undergraduate degree in English Literature or a related field
  • A Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is required
  • Proven experience in teaching English Literature to students aged 13-18
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
