Silver Ribbon (Singapore) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who can provide professional support to clients with mental health concerns, work closely with other agencies, and contribute to the development of our mental health services.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding professionally to incoming queries on mental health
  • Assessing clients' needs and making appropriate arrangements and recommendations
  • Providing clients with information on relevant intervention and support, and liaising with other agencies as required
  • Playing an advocacy role for misconceptions in mental health
  • Identifying and escalating emergency and crisis situations to supervisor and assisting in the coordination and conduct of crisis resolution
  • Preparing, updating, and documenting all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly, and thoroughly according to organizational procedures to ensure compliance and ease of review and retrieval
  • Completing assigned tasks and necessary reports on time
  • Other administrative support or adhoc duties as required by the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • O Levels, N Levels, Diploma qualifications
  • The ability to read and write emails

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work from our office.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
