This role requires an individual to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manning the reception area, greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, and addressing their inquiries.
  • Processing passes for contractors, registering visitors, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Accompanying contractors during evening work sessions within the premises and government officials for site visits.
  • Assisting tenants with luggage during check-in and check-out processes and ensuring proper storage if required.
  • Coordinating transportation bookings.
  • Conducting regular patrols to identify and report any defects or issues.
  • Assisting with mail sorting and parcel deliveries.
  • Responding to alarm activations and monitoring CCTV at the reception desk.
  • Performing other reception duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a guest-focused environment.
  • A polite and friendly personality is essential.
