We are seeking a seasoned APAC Monetization Strategist to drive the development and implementation of our monetization strategies across TikTok's growing product platforms in the Asia-Pacific region.
- This strategic role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, and international strategy, to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the region.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing performance goals for the monetization team, defining key performance metrics, and setting KPIs to promote business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monetization strategies that maximize revenue growth in the APAC market.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring analytical initiatives to completion.
- Oversee performance analysis, reporting, and manage business review cadences.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to help the business better understand key value drivers and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Possess a BS/MS degree in STEM, data science, business analytics/management, engineering, computer science, or another quantitative major.
- Have 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical and quantitative aptitude, strong experience in Excel modeling, and a keen interest in strategy.
- Demonstrate solid project management skillset: handling and juggling multiple processes at once across different topics, functions, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate high-EQ team player capability and the ability to manage tough, sensitive, and confidential conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and structure complex issues to derive insights.
