Job Title: Senior Trust Services Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the role of Senior Trust Services Officer. This position encompasses various key responsibilities, including business development, trust administration, client relationship management and advisory services.

Business Development:

  • Attend to client inquiries, conduct meetings with prospective clients, prepare proposals for new business, and assist in business development activities.
  • Ensure that acquired business complies with regulatory requirements and reject business with unacceptable risks.
  • Active involvement in the initial client onboarding process, responsible for collecting establishment fees and liaising with clients on trust setup and initial asset injection.

Trust Administration, Client Relationship Management and Advisory Services:

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, liaise with clients on trust matters and provide expert advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
