Architectural Resident Technical Officer

P & T Consultants PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Resident Technical Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of architectural works on site, inspecting defects, and overseeing the contractor's progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise architectural works on commercial and institutional projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and authority standards.
  • Inspect defects and rectification works, maintaining accurate records and ensuring contractor completion to client satisfaction.
  • Monitor progress, report problems, and ensure contractor adherence to design, specifications, and approved drawings.
  • Collaborate with contractors, clients, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in local projects, with a diploma in a relevant field.
  • Registered with IEC/ACES as an Accredited Resident Technical Officer.
  • Good knowledge and experience in site supervision, inspection, and defect rectification.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and project management skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $4,000 to $5,500.
  • A contract period of Aug 2024 to Dec 2027, with an option to extend.
