Instructor - Intelligent Facility Management at ITE College East

Role Overview:
As an Instructor, your impact extends beyond traditional teaching. You will be instrumental in identifying and fostering the potential of your students, addressing their ongoing educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
In addition to your educational responsibilities, you will engage in industry-related projects or consultancy work to stay current with professional trends and advancements. You will maintain robust connections with industry stakeholders and educational institutions. Regular opportunities for industry exposure will be available to enhance your skills and knowledge in your field.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Facility Management industry.
- Proven experience in the adoption or implementation of Intelligent Facility Management, Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Facility Management, as well as Building Internet of Things (IoT) and Data Analytics.
- Strong understanding of the operation and maintenance of essential building systems, particularly Building Management Systems, Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) Systems, or security systems in large-scale commercial or industrial environments, including healthcare facilities and data centers.
Individuals with substantial and pertinent experience may anticipate opportunities for advancement to Senior Lecturer or similar roles, with pathways to leadership positions within the Colleges or Headquarters.
