We are recruiting for a real estate logistics fund, focusing on the leasing of industrial properties within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic relationships with industry peers and agents to increase occupancy
  • Identify prospective tenants, conduct site viewings or presentations at prospects' offices, and engage in cold calling
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing input on strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the portfolio
  • Conduct market research on competitors and market benchmarks of rentals, as well as develop marketing materials for business development

Requirements

  • Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing
  • Relevant experience in industrial leasing preferred
  • Minimum 6 years' experience required
