Concierge Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Service Representative to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • Avoid any dissatisfaction or inconvenience of guests by providing excellent customer service with a warm and professional welcome, offering assistance and guidance as required.
  • Offer personalized recommendations on local attractions, dining options, entertainment venues, cultural experiences and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience at the hotel.
  • Provide seamless booking services for guests including restaurants, transportation, tours and special events ensuring all requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services and offerings to effectively communicate and promote them to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests with empathy, efficiency and discretion resolving issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, including Front Office, Group Reservations, Valet, Limousine and Transportation.
  • Stay informed about current events, festivals and activities in the local area and Resort World Sentosa to provide relevant recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area, including inventory management of brochures, maps and promotional materials.
  • Be flexible and perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with local attractions, landmarks and cultural institutions is advantageous.
