As an EAD Trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of hearing aid design and development, working closely with our expert team to bring new ideas to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing embedded system hardware designs for hearing solutions, incorporating EMC/ESD and DSP optimization techniques
  • Leading multi-layer PCB and acoustical performance evaluations, including EMC/ESD on Miniaturized Devices, and device prototyping and testing
  • Participating in topic-based Machine Learning, measurement automation, and data analytics tasks
  • Applying Python or MATLAB for DSP, data analysis, reporting, and measurement automation
  • Supporting acoustic design and optimization of speakers and microphones
  • Preparing technical presentations and reviewing documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, mixed-signal electronics, DSP, and preferably audio/acoustics or machine learning fundamentals
  • Proficiency in MATLAB or Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) for DSP and data analysis
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (audio analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters) and basic soldering skills is an advantage
  • Independent and proactive, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
