Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance technicians and contractors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
