AUTISM RECOVERY NETWORK (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is a leading provider of behavioral therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

About the Role:

We are seeking an Intervention Specialist to join our team of therapists who specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Verbal Behaviour Therapy.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

As an Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for attending individual or group therapy sessions, preparing well for each session, monitoring and submitting students' progress reports, and attending initial and ongoing staff training and regular supervision with a Program Supervisor and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

You will work closely with your team to ensure each child remains on track with their planned progress, conduct centre-based and home-based therapy at multiple locations, and provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact and work well with children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or Special Education, and prior related internship/volunteering experience is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
