Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Organisation Design Consultant. This role will involve crafting and delivering solutions related to organisation design, including operating models, organisation structures, process re-engineering, and enterprise performance mapping.

  • Craft and deliver solution-related to Organisation Design (Operating Model, Organisation Structure, Process Re-Engineering, Enterprise Performance Map) based on client's strategy direction and needs.
  • Craft and deliver Strategy Workforce Planning Based on Client's Technology and Business Mid to Long-Term Journey.
  • Develop tailored Organisation Change Management Solution Based on Technology Context and Clients Needs, and Deliver and Ensure Maximal Adoption on New Solutions.
  • Leading Program and Project Management for the Deployment of New Workforce Solutions and Initiatives.
