Customer Support Specialist - Semiconductor Equipment
  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for semiconductor equipment.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales service, and equipment upgrades.
  • Assist in training customers on setup, operations, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through exceptional customer service and order management.
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner, covering areas such as quotations, service assistance, and documentation needs.

  Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment.
  • Customer-focused with keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
